Minimum qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in HR or related field
• Extensive senior consulting experience in an HR environment, including industrial relations and employee relations matters
• Strong spoken and written language skills in English and French
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with others

• Maintains high standards of confidentiality at all times
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong influencing skills
• Effective negotiation skills
• Influential coach and mentor
• Member of a recognized human resources management association or working at

Desirable qualifications/skills
• Previous experience in human resources management
